Restrictions
- Customers specified above who wish to join a private tour are required to sign a consent form. Please download the "Consent Form," sign it and send it to Veltra as an attachment.
- Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years and under 135 cm in height must use a car seat.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children under 5 years old are not allowed to participate in this tour
Additional Notes
- Start times may vary due to different hotel pick-up times.
- Please note that during the month of Ramadan (May 26th-June 24th for 2017), alcoholic drinks and shisha will not be served. If a facility closes or a part of your visit is cancelled due to Ramadan and you wish to cancel the tour, standard cancellation policy will be followed and refunds will not be issued.
